Activities

Childrens Learning Center offers swimming lessons
in a structured class which are included in tuition fees. Children must be at least three yrs. old and potty-trained.

Our swim instructor is Lifeguard certified. The children's safety & fun times come first!

We have separate play areas for older and younger children.

TRANSPORTATION

We will transport children to and from school, and on field trips in our own vans. Children are required to wear seat belts and or car seats at all times when in the vans.

Our van drivers adhere to the following policy. When dropping off children you need to watch to see that each child enters the school before pulling away. All children need to be buckled and driver needs to check that this is done. When picking up children you need to make sure everyone is present unless a parent or legal guardian has notified otherwise. Never leave the van unattended with children inside. if needed, you may send a responsible child back into the school to check for a missing child. Drivers must keep emergency medical authorization forms up to date in case of an emergency.

ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE PROCEDURES

When you drop off your child at childrens Learning Center, please sign them in, take them to their room and have the caregiver accept them before you leave.

When you pick up your child please sign them out, go to their classroom and make sure a caregiver knows you have accepted the child.

SCHOOL AGE ADDENDUM

CSD 412-10-624 If a school age child arrives, or leaves the center without a parent, there shall be arrangements made in advance in writing from the parent, for the arrival and departure times and what to do if a child has not arrived at the center by the expected time.

FIELD TRIPS

Field trip notices will be given to you when we are preparing for them. We plan to have many opportunities for
field trips and other terrific extra activities.
We do most of our field trips during the summer and school breaks.
